Tournament of Talent
The Tournament of Talent is the ultimate Nationals showdown—bringing together top-scoring routines from across all divisions for one final, show-stopping performance. It’s a celebration of excellence, artistry, and True Talent spirit, where every number leaves it all on the stage.
Novice Tournament of Talent
The top-scoring routine from each studio (including both small and large groups) will advance to compete for the title of Novice Level Tournament of Talent Champion.
Intermediate Tournament of Talent
The top-scoring routine from every studio (small and large groups) in each division and age group will be invited to The Tournament to compete again for:
- 12 & Under Intermediate Tournament of Talent Champion
- 13 & Over Intermediate Tournament of Talent Champion
Advanced Tournament of Talent
The top-scoring routine from every studio (small and large groups) in each division and age group will be invited to The Tournament to compete again for:
- 12 & Under Advanced Tournament of Talent Champion
- 13 & Over Advanced Tournament of Talent Champion
Line & Mega Line Tournament of Talent
The top-scoring routine from every studio (Lines and Mega Lines) will compete for the Line Tournament of Talent Champion.
Note: There must be at least five (5) or more entries in each level for this event to occur.
Judging & Awards
All Tournament routines will perform in front of a special panel of judges, who will deliberate to determine the Top 5 routines in each tournament.
- Scores from the regular competition do not carry over.
- Final placements are judges’ choice, based on the most show-stopping performances of the session.
- Judges evaluate routines on Technique, Performance, Choreography, Musicality, and Showmanship.
Studios may have multiple advanced entries in the Tournament; however, only one routine per division may be entered.
