Founded by Kiera Regan McCaffery—a lifelong dancer, teacher, and studio owner—True Talent was created to bring education and artistry together. Kiera saw a need for an event that offered meaningful feedback for teachers, inspired dancers, and connected learning from the classroom to the stage.

We understand the dedication behind every performance—the rehearsals, the late nights, the parents’ support, and the teachers’ passion. Our judges and staff lead with encouragement, professionalism, and genuine care, helping every dancer feel proud and motivated to grow.
